Restorative Services

• For damaged or decayed teeth, Farming ton Dental Center has many restorative dentistry techniques to help you maintain a healthy and functional smile.
• Crowns are widely used to strengthen teeth after the treatment of large cavities and/or root canal.  They can be used to correct problems such as misaligned bite, missing teeth and the grinding of teeth.
• Bonding can be used to correct cracks, spaces or as a filling after a cavity has been removed.
• Root Canal Therapy is a dental procedure that may help you save a diseased tooth.  The dentists remove the pulp and then clean and seal off the root canal.  A crown is then places over the tooth to help make it stronger.  Implants are used to replace a missing tooth with a titanium root.  A crown is placed on top of the root.
• Fixed Bridges can restore the function in your mouth and provide a more esthetic look.  Bridges are used to replace missing teeth.  Crowns are placed adjacent to the missing tooth or teeth connected with a porcelain replacement replicating the missing tooth.
• Full/Partial Dentures is a removable replacement for missing teeth.  Farmington Dental Center has multiple denture options:

• Conventional Full Denture- made and placed in the patient’s mouth after all teeth are removed and tissues have healed.
• Immediate Denture-Inserted as soon as teeth are removed.
• Partial Denture-Fills in the spaces created by missing teeth.
